It's great! My rent never
fluctuates and the maintenance
team is good about getting
repairs done. I have already
recommended on friend move to
the complex and they did. And
I have another one leaning
towards living here as well.

Being an older community, it
lacks some of the newer
niceties of more modern
complexes. However, because
it is older, you get more
square feet for the dollar
with reasonable rents. The
staff are responsive to
questions and concerns.
Maintenance is quick and very
professional. Not a bad place
to live.

Quiet, older complex. The
parking lots are dark at night
- which is a concern.
Professional staff that have
been very responsive to my
requests for maintenance.
Probably not the best place
for people with allergies -
i..e lots of carpet.
Excellent value considering
the cost per square feet.

Staff are couteous. The area
where I live is quiet. I have
good neighbors. I have
referred several co-workers to
the complex due to the
relative inexpensive rent for
the amount of square space you
get. A comparable size
apartment elsewhere, in a
newer complex, runs in the
$900's - where I pay only $600
for a two story/one bedroom
loft. My utilities are very
reasonable as well

It's a great place to live.
Nice neighborhood, close
enough to the major
attractions but far enough not
to worry about the crazies.

Its good to an extent. They
could do a lot better in
keeping the non-residents from
coming over and swimming
illegally. The non-residents
leave beer bottles and lots of
trash ,then we the residents
get the warnings(letters) on
our doors.

The Apartments are large and
clean when we moved in.
The Front office staff is very
helpful and couterious.
However maintenance is their
weak point, if they follow up
on the requests, you never see
anything getting done. or are
left any messages that it was
addressed or going to be
addressed
.
The outside wood walkways and
stairs are very Dangerious.
They have broken raisers and
the platforms rock side to
side as you walk on them.

the most part

Its in a great location, but
buildings are pretty old. The
seals in the doors and windows
let drafts in and the washer
and dryer are outside on the
patio.
Management is great and
willing to help.
